The Sooty Dog is a delightful pet treat business that sets up shop at local farmers markets - Chestertown Farmers Market (year 'round) and Kent Island Farmers Market (May-December) - offering healthy and delicious snacks for pets.
Contact us by Wednesday of each week to preorder for pickup at the Markets. We also participate in various other events throughout the year. Enjoy ten thrilling races featuring timber, flat, and pony races, along with the Field Master Chase and Side Saddle races. Don’t miss the Antique Carriage Parade and the WHC Hound Parade. There will be a petting zoo, pony rides, and stick horse races to add to this family friendly event! Experience the Tailgate and Hat Contests, relax in the VIP/Sponsor and Horsemen’s Tent, and indulge in delicious offerings at the Point-to-Point Food Court. Explore our Open Air Tavern and Marketplace, where you’ll find a variety of artisan boutiques and equestrian vendors. Tickets will not be available the day of the race.

Farmers Markets
You can find us every Saturday at the Chestertown Farmers Market 8am to noon.
Our tent is at the 300 Block of High Street, downtown Chestertown (in front of Sugar Doodles Sweet Shop). May through December you can find us every Thursday at the Kent Island Farmers Market 3:30pm to 6pm at Cult Classic Brewery, 1169 Shopping Center Road, Stevensville. The Markets run year 'round.
